Join us in Playhouse Square for a short bike tour of Cleveland before watching A Simple Machine!
We're honored to be a Community Partner with the Cleveland International Film Festival (CIFF) - and this year we have something special for you! We'll meet on Sunday, April 12th for a unique opportunity to ride with filmmaker Mark Hoffman before locking up and heading in to see the feature. If you know CIFF, you know films sell out quick. Whether you're able to ride or not, grab your tickets starting March 18th using the code BIKE to save some money and save your seat!
Here are the ride details:
When: Sunday, April 12th - 2026 | Meet at 10:00am
Where: Playhouse Square Plaza
What: We'll plan for a 1 hour (approx 6-8 mile) loop of Cleveland streets and trails.
Then: The ride finishes back at Playhouse Square where you can lock up at over 100 bike spaces and head in to see the film scheduled for 12:10pm. Make sure you have pre-purchased your movie tickets!

There was a lot of interest from SVTC members in participating in this Bike Share Youngstown/YOGO Youngstown volunteer event. There are 2 locations that they are doing a bike lane cleanup, one on Mahoning near WRTA and another on Midlothian.

They are offering free pizza and bowling at Westside Bowl afterwards, which I plan on participating in. Come out and help biking in our community!
